Archeological survey a success!
Many thanks to all those who participated in the archeological survey at Migizi Wazoson in preparation for six kilometres of new trails! Although artifacts have previously been found in other areas of the park, after 1200 new test pit samples, none were found on this proposed trail route.

Getting to Eagles Nest.
Eagles Nest is approximately 1 kilometre north of Bancroft. Turn right onto Eagles Nest Park Road and proceed up the hill. Please park your vehicle at the first parking lot on the right, if possible. The top parking lot is intended to accommodate wheelchairs, mobility devices and accessible vehicles.
